Nupur started her career as a soft skills trainer and has imparted soft skills and communication training to multiple batches ranging from freshers to mid-senior level. She is approachable, friendly, and compassionate, and her fondness for communicating with people made her step into HR.

She holds a master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, London, and a Level 7 CIPD certification. Her area of interest is Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern-day hiring and she has also participated as a guest lecturer on this subject for MBA students.
